Estimate of what to be is done I sent to Pierre that was made by another contractor
here is the other estimate, so I will mail out Monday to ODSP. He comes in around $3200 with gst, so all good! :)

as per our conversation, I am pleased to present this estimate and here is a breakdown of the costs:
- remove skirt
-new skirt
- level the trailer
- install cottage blocks and gravel
- adjust and level uneven parts of the trailer
- clean-up and dispose of all debris at the landfill
The total for this work: $ 2,850.00 + GST to ODSP.

From: Mary Pierre did not have gravel and he didn't levell the whole mobile. He was angered when I said the addition seemed twisted still. He said he wasn't paid to level it. Why would I want only half of my place levelled? Skirting wasn't put on but the chipboard needs replaced, it is moldy.
If he replaced retaining wall as was verbally discussed a dozen times, he could've at least put skirting on it.
